Cancellation Policy

Consulting Services Policy 1. Overview Consulting sessions provide creative advice, planning support, and content strategy. These sessions do not include editing or production work unless agreed separately. 2. Booking All sessions must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. Arriving late reduces your session time. Arrivals past 15 minutes may be marked as missed. 3. Payments Payment is required upfront to secure the booking. Deposits may be used for multi-session packages. No preparation or follow-up work begins until payment is received. 4. Cancellations & Rescheduling Clients may reschedule once with 12 hours’ notice. Cancellations or no-shows with less than 12 hours’ notice are non-refundable. If ITz Entertainment cancels, a new date or refund will be offered. 5. Session Conduct All sessions must remain professional. The consultant offers guidance and suggestions; specific results are not guaranteed. No harmful or illegal content will be reviewed. 6. Confidentiality All client information, project details, and discussions remain confidential and are not shared with third parties. 7. Deliverables Depending on the tier, clients may receive live advice, a written summary, or optional resources. Additional work—editing, scripts, planning—requires a separate booking. 8. Recording Clients may not record sessions without written permission. 9. Refunds Refunds are only given if ITz Entertainment cancels or a technical issue prevents the session. No refunds for change of mind, no-shows, or dissatisfaction caused by unrealistic expectations. 10. Add-Ons Extra work requested after the consultation is billed at normal service rates and is not included in the session fee unless stated. 11. Policy Updates This policy may be updated at any time. The current version will always apply at the time of booking.
