PROJECT REQUIREMENTS & WORKFLOW

Organized Raw Footage

Clients must submit files in a clearly labelled folder structure (by topic, segment, or sequence). Disorganized footage may delay the project timeline.
ITz ENTERTAINMENT retains project files for up to 30 days after final delivery. After this period, files will be deleted. Re‑exports or adjustments requested after this window may incur additional fees.
Clients should refer to the Upload Guide for detailed instructions on submitting materials.

Script or Outline

Required for structured content (e.g., educational videos, challenges, storytelling formats). This ensures proper pacing, tone, and editorial flow.

Thumbnail Reference

Strongly encouraged. A concept or draft helps define tone and marketing direction, especially for YouTube projects.

Approved Submission Platforms

Timely Delivery

If footage or assets arrive late, the project timeline will be adjusted accordingly.
Deadline‑specific edits may incur additional fees.
All timelines refer to first draft delivery, not final delivery.

Footage Disclaimer

Final exports are optimized for the client’s chosen platform (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, etc.). Multiple formats or aspect ratios must be requested during onboarding.
For short films, features, or online content, all required materials must be submitted before editing begins. Missing scenes, clips, or assets will delay the project.
ITz ENTERTAINMENT cannot guarantee timelines or be held responsible for delays caused by incomplete or late submissions.

Communication & Workflow Expectations

All communication is conducted via email or scheduled video calls.
Clients must respond to feedback and approvals within 3–5 business days to maintain project momentum.
Delays in communication or asset delivery may result in rescheduled timelines or additional charges.

Turnaround Time

Basic to Standard projects: First draft delivered within1–5 business days (depending on package).
Premium projects: First draft delivered within 2–7 business days
High‑impact launches or campaigns: Timelines discussed during consultation.

Revisions Policy

Each project includes1-3 rounds of revisions (depending on package).
Additional revisions: £20 per round.
Revision requests must be submitted within 3 business days of receiving the draft.
Revisions are intended for refinements; full structural overhauls require prior agreement.

Deposits & Payment

A 50% deposit is required to secure a project slot.
The remaining balance is due upon delivery of the final approved version.
Accepted payment methods: Bank Transfer, PayPal, or other agreed platforms.
Major changes to project scope (new footage, format changes, added deliverables) after editing begins may require timeline extensions and additional fees. These will be discussed and agreed upon before proceeding.

Deadline Guarantee Option

If guaranteed delivery by a specific date is required, a +25% fee will be added to the project total.
This ensures priority scheduling and accelerated turnaround.

Creative Boundaries

ITz ENTERTAINMENT may advise against edits that compromise emotional clarity, pacing, or overall coherence.
Final delivery formats include MP4, MOV, or platform‑optimized versions for YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, etc.

Ownership & Usage Rights

Upon full payment, all final edited content belongs to the client.
ITz ENTERTAINMENT retains the right to showcase portions of the work for portfolio or promotional use unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Credit to ITz ENTERTAINMENT is appreciated where appropriate (YouTube descriptions, festival submissions, credits), supporting indie collaboration and visibility.

Cancellation & Refunds

Deposits are non‑refundable unless agreed upon due to exceptional circumstances.
If a project is terminated mid‑production, partial refunds may be considered based on work completed.

Updates to Policies
