Cancellation Policy

Service Scope Video editing services include cutting, arranging, and enhancing footage according to the client’s instructions and the selected tier. Each edit is shaped around the material provided, and final results depend on the quality and clarity of that material. Work does not include reshoots, scriptwriting, or asset creation unless previously agreed as an add-on. Client Responsibilities Clients must supply all footage, logos, graphics, audio, brand details, and any supporting notes before editing begins. Files should be clearly labelled and delivered in standard formats. Delays caused by missing, corrupted, or unusable files may extend delivery times. Turnaround & Delivery Work begins only after all files, instructions, and payments or deposits are received. Turnaround varies by tier and project complexity. Delivery dates may shift if extra footage is added halfway through, instructions change, or revisions exceed the tier limit. Final files are delivered digitally in the agreed resolution and format. Revisions Each editing tier includes a set number of revisions. A revision is a correction or adjustment to the existing structure—timing changes, trims, swaps, colour tweaks, or caption fixes. A full re-edit, new creative direction, or large change of style counts as additional work and may incur extra charges. Copyright & Materials Clients must ensure they own the rights to all assets provided, including music, images, footage, and branding. Any material supplied remains the client’s responsibility. I cannot guarantee results when footage is low-quality, unstable, overly compressed, or recorded in unsuitable conditions. Payment, Deposits & Cancellations Projects require full payment or a deposit depending on the tier. Work will not be released until all payments are completed. If a project is cancelled after editing has begun, the completed portion will be charged based on time spent and tier level.
